Tell Me Thursday 3/27/08

Yesterday I posted this picture for Wordless Wednesday and now it’s time for Tell Me Thursday.

Yep that’s me - about 19 years ago on the happiest day of my life, dancing with my dad.

Tee hee - look at his face!

One thing I know for sure - my dad loves me.  He says it constantly, he shows it in many ways.  The man is NOT shy.  And I’m thankful.

I titled the photo “Before the Bill Comes” because, of course, later on the evening the photo was taken, the manager of the country club where we had our reception had to deliver the bill to Dad.   So I kind of doubt Dad’s look of bliss here lasted long! It must have been a whopper of a bill.  Hubs and I kind of went all out for the reception! (By the way, that’s not the manager standing next to Dad with the look of dread on his face … that’s our friend Brian and I’m not sure if he’s there to cut in or say goodbye or what.  I think the photographer just snapped this just at the wrong time for Brian’s face, that’s all…usually he’s a pretty happy guy!)

Anyway, the WW is mostly just to brag on my adoring daddy - plus it was fun to glance through my wedding pictures again!  I hope you enjoyed it!
